All you have to do is follow the simple steps on the booking panel above and you will obtain an immediate confirmation of your booking.
Booking direct off our website is secure and does not incur any booking fees. We have rate parity across all sites. IE Rates on our web site are the same as all last minute sites.
NB ** Bali Hai Apartments use a dynamic pricing structure so accommodation charges change daily** If you find a rate cheaper than when you originally booked we are unable to change the booking.
REQUEST POLICY
Dear Guests, although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested – subject to availability and an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.
Bali Hai Apartments has a Strict No Party and Excessive Noise Policy.
We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of guests that are here to celebrate on a large scale, in particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of yourselves and other in-house guests.. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you here purely to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of others, you will be asked to vacate the building immediately and your booking will be cancelled NO refund will be given.
Noise from music, conversation, door closing or any other source within the building or on balconies must be kept to a reasonable level not to disturb other guests. We ask you to please go in off your balcony and close the doors after 9.30pm.
**NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from 21 Nov - 12 Dec as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.
Bali Hai Apartments CANCELLATION POLICY
ALL SEASONS CANCELLATION POLICY: FOR ARRIVALS MORE THAN 14 DAYS OUT.
If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00 will be made
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund.
SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS:
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
- A booking is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by "a deposit "being paid.
- A tentative booking or quote is only valid for the first 7 DAYS after the date of enquiry.
- A deposit of $200 or one night (which ever is greater) will confirm a booking.
- The balance of the tariff is due on or before arrival.
- The administration fee covers the time and cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing and mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.
LOST PROPERTY POLICY
Bali Hai Apartments will hold lost property that has been found for 3 months after guest departure. All returned items will be by COD postage. After 3 months the lost property will be donated to a local charity.
