Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

When bookings are made directly through the website, one night’s deposit is taken to secure the booking, the remainder payable upon arrival.

No security bond required – just valid credit card details.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

After hours check in available – night safe located next to office, contact office the day before arrival for the security code.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Late check out’s, depending on occupancy, available at $20 per hour after 10.00am.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Deposit paid when booking.

Cancellation allowed up to 14 days prior to book in. Late cancellations forfeit 1 night’s accommodation.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Reception hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30 – Saturday 8.30 to noon – Sunday dial ‘9’ for assistance.
